On Wednesday, August 1st, the Rotary Club of Westminster held a luncheon and check presentation at Johansson’s Restaurant in Westminster, MD.  In attendance were members of the Westminster Chapter of the Club and 20 non-profit agencies that provide various services to individuals in Carroll County.    

CHANGE, Inc. would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Rotary Club of Westminster for their very generous donation.  The Rotary Club of Westminster is another example of a community partner that understands the needs of the very fragile population we provide services to and does what they can to help make those services possible.  Many of the services CHANGE provides go above and beyond what State funding allows.  (such as our indoor heated pool and Respite Inn) It is the generosity of community partners and individuals that allows CHANGE to continue to provide critical services to people with Developmental Disabilities.

All over Central Maryland and D.C, you can find members volunteering in communities at home and abroad to support education and job training, provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation and eradicate polio.
