Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Names William Peach
Branch Vice President of Carroll County Office
Baltimore, MD (January 3, 2013) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage® is pleased to announce that William Peach has been named Branch Vice President of the company’s Carroll County office, located at 1130 Baltimore Boulevard, in Westminster. Peach has over 15 years of experience as a Realtor and Associate Broker, and during that time he has been committed to improving as professional, earning Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and graduated from the Realtors Institute (GRI).

In the past, I’ve served as an office mentor and trainer for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and I look forward to translating those skills, along with my years as an associate, to our staff.”
Along with Peach’s various professional accomplishments, he’s also been a visible figure in the community. The last two years, Peach has been a contestant in the ‘Baltimore’s Top Chef’ competition that raised money for Katherine’s Closet, and he took part in FOX’s reality television show “Good Fellas of Baltimore,” where he was one of seven entrepreneurs that worked with the community to help a different charity or family in need every episode.
