     Come visit our tranquil countryside campus where:

>Each child works at the pace that works best for him or her, and lessons are given in groups of two or three, or even one-on-one;

>Where there is always more than one way to learn the fundamentals; 

>Where lessons are self-correcting and "mastery" means absorbing concepts before moving on to something else, and no one is labeled with a grade;

>Where adults speak to children with respect, and children learn to do so in return, and children, therefore, learn that adults are resource people, friends, role models, guides, and mentors rather than authoritarians;

>Where your child learns problem-solving and innovation, the qualities that are necessary for him or her to succeed in the 21st century; and

>Where your child learns and thrives in a multi-sensory environment structured to make learning natural and child-centered, and children can move around the room, get a drink of water, and use the bathroom following the rules of cooperation and respect rather than dominance.

<*> The Open House on February 5th occurs while school is in session.  Join us to see how the Montessori School of Westminster functions.  Supervised childcare will be provided in our Field House while parents visit our classrooms.
