The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County, Inc. welcomes nominations for this year’s Dr. Janet W. Neslen Award and the Karen Feroli Community Champion Award.  The Partnership annually recognizes local individuals and organizations actively engaged in improving our community’s health.

The Dr. Janet W. Neslen Award honors an individual or organization in Carroll County proven to be outstanding in their efforts to improve access to health care.  It is awarded only in years when an above-the-bar candidate is identified.

 The Karen Feroli Community Champion Award recognizes one person each year who has acted in an outstanding way to strengthen our community’s health.   

PLEASE SUBMIT A NOMINATION FORM if you know of a deserving candidate for one of these awards.  Nomination forms are on The Partnership’s web site www.HealthyCarroll.org, and are due on March 15.

 Award recipients will be honored at The Partnership’s annual community forum, We’re On Our Way, on May 15, 2013.
