On Friday, May 18, students from the Winters Mill High School Honor Society presented a check for $500 to the Carroll County Arts Council (CCAC) Board of Directors.  The students raised the funds by hosting two coffee houses. The proceeds will be used for the CCAC’s Musical Instrument Bank. 

The Carroll County Arts Council cleans and repairs donated musical instruments to be used by students in the Carroll County School System. The refurbished instruments are donated directly to the schools and the teachers then distribute them to students in need.
