Motorist might want to plan for some extra travel time this weekend as Maryland State Highway Administration workers repair concrete and inspect bridges.

Workers will be performing pavement repair and concrete patching on I-795 South between McDonogh Road and I-695 on Saturday and Sunday. The right lane will be closed beginning at 3 p.m. on Saturday and should reopen by 3 p.m. Sunday. The ramp from northbound Owings Mills Boulevard to I-795 South will close at midnight on Sunday and reopen by 7 p.m.

There will also be a double right lane closure on the inner loop of I-695 over Jones Falls and the southbound I-83 ramp will be closed with a detour in place from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday for a routine bridge inspection.
