It's PEEP time on Main Street in Westminster. For the past five years spring has meant thousands of PEEPS (yes, the sugar covered marshmallow treats) descending upon the Carroll County Arts Council in the name of art and entertainment.

You too can create a PEEPS masterpiece to display during the PEEPshow April 5 through April 15 at the Carroll County Arts Council. All entries must be pre-registered and the registration deadline is March 23.

What: The 5th Annual PEEPshow 
When: April 5 – 15, 2012
Times: 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. every day
Cost: Admission is free
