The forum will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in room K100. The forum will consist of a question-and- answer session with representatives of both the Carroll County Democratic and Republican Central Committees on local issues.

I hope that the session will be better controlled than the last one with a strong effort to eliminate the usual blah blah blah..so a good moderator is essential, with a time monitoring device that shuts off the rambling posturing blither would also be good. Having a computer on "Fact Check" would be an interesting aspect...perhaps one of the Poly Sci people could work that angle out. Too much time is also taken up with the transferring of microphones--that was not an issue at the last forum. I look forward to it.
