This information will help guide the county in the development of shelter and recovery plans and procedures according to a news release.
This survey consists of only 6 questions and is strictly anonymous and confidential.
Printed versions of the survey are available at all County Libraries and Senior Centers and should be returned no later than December 10, 2012 to the address on the bottom of the survey.
