Patch's Facebook fans came up with ways to describe how hot Westminster is.
Westminster Patch asked its Facebook fans to finish the following sentence: "Westminster is so hot..." The winner is promised an iced coffee from Starbucks. Baughers is a Westminster icon. I never miss stopping there for fresh produce, particularly corn and peaches, on my way through my hometown. Though I live in NJ now and can't enjoy Baughers' fruits and vegetables as often as I would like, I have to say that Cheryl Dempsey Rose provides a vivid description of the heat with her analogy: "It's so hot in Westminster that Baughers fields are full of popcorn!"
