Poll: Maryland Wine Festival, Are You a Devoted Fan?
Are you a die-hard Maryland Wine Festival goer? This weekend is shaping up to be perfect weather for the annual event.
The Maryland Wine Festival will bring dozens of wineries and tens of thousands of people from across the country to Westminster this weekend, will you partake in the festivities?
The event highlights Maryland wines and offers food vendors, craft vendors, live entertainment, wine education seminars and an amateur wine competition.

The weather is forecast to be sunny with temperatures in the high 70s. Local wineries attending include Cygnus Wine Cellars of Manchester, Detour Winery of Detour, Galloping Goose Vineyard of Manchester, Old Westminster Winery of Westminster and Serpent Ridge Vineyard in Westminster. A tentative list of participating wineries is listed below.
The 29th Maryland Wine Festival will take place Sept. 15-16 at the Farm Museum in Westminster. The event will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Adult admission is $27 in advance and $30 at the gate, designated driver admission is $20, children aged 13-20 are $20 and children under 12 are free.

Best event in Carroll County! Bigger and better this year with more wineries, more food vendors, more shopping and awesome music all scheduled with the kindness of Mother Nature!

My wife and her friends attend this event every year. I am not a wine drinker and would like to see a beer stand included for those of us that do not drink wine. I'm sure their are others like me.
