My husband and I both went to school with Jeff, we remember him as a fun, caring, loving person. He was also our neighbor for a time when we first moved to Carroll County. To the family, we are so sorry for your loss. He will be sorely missed.

Jeff Merson was an instructor for several classes that I took at Carroll Community College, Criminal Justice Department. He was a terrific teacher and his compassion and love for life and his family were a part of his teaching style. Thoughts, prayers and blessings to his family. Karen Farley

I'm so sorry to hear about Jeff. We were neighbors so very long ago when we were all just young and starting out in life in our very first homes on Fannie Dorsory Rd. Jeff and Denise were great. He was a great guy. I pray for Denise and her children at this tremendous loss for them. Keep close to your faith.
Thinking and praying for you Denise,
