Justin Ogle, 20, who lived on Lori Lane in Elkridge, was found dead in Finksburg July 31.
He graduated from Long Reach High School in 2010.
“Justin had a lot to offer the world, as he was bright and could explain difficult things to people,” Dan Gerlowski, his stepfather, said. “When I was 47 years old, Justin taught me to ride the waves at Ocean City.
"Justin liked the New England Patriots and followed them every year and hoped someday to go to one of their games. At my house there is still a Patriots drinking glass from when he lived here," said Gerlowski.
Other interests Justin had, according to his stepfather, were Civil War history and cooking. "Justin liked to cook," said Gerlowski, "and he always told me that he got that love from his father.”
