This happened in a residential neighborhood and it was the other person's fault, from what I have read. It shows that our lives can be shattered at any time or place, especially when other people are distracted and/or driving carelessly. Please, everyone, take this tragedy into your heart and feel the pain of this family, and make an effort to focus while driving.

Sophia, Erik loved you and your brother so much, he talked about you every day and told me often how proud he was of you both. I'm so sorry that he has been taken from you, from all of us, too soon. We will all miss him dearly but he will live on in our hearts.
