A Reisterstown woman was cited Monday in a fatal Westminster crash that occurred in February.

Mary Elizabeth Graff was issued citations for failure to yield to oncoming traffic on a left turn and negligent driving, according to a press release from the Westminster Police Department.

On Feb. 12, 2012, Graff made a left turn in her Volkswagen Beetle from eastbound Baltimore Boulevard (MD 140) onto Meadow Creek Drive. Her vehicle collided with a 1993 Honda Civic that was driving in the fast lane of westbound MD 140. The Civic was pushed into the slow lane on MD 140, where it was struck by a 2011 Nissan Xterra. The passenger in the Civic was taken to the Carroll Hospital Center, where she was pronounced dead.
