Jason Scott Klinefelter is wanted by the Carroll County Sheriff's Department for failure to report for sex offender registry. Klinefelter, 33, is five feet, eight inches tall and 160 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. 

Heather Marie Grogg is wanted for failure to appear, child support according to the Sheriff's Department website. Grogg, 26, is five-foot, two inches tall and 160 pounds. She has blue eyes, red hair and tattoos are on her ankles. Her last known address is 2544 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Granstville.
