• Carroll County Public Schools will dismiss two hours and forty-five minutes early Wednesday and be closed Thursday and Friday

• Carroll County government will be closed Thursday and Friday

• Westminster City Government will be closed Thursday and Friday

• The Town of Sykesville will be closed Thursday and Friday

• Taneytown City offices will be closed Thursday and Friday

• The Carroll County Library system will close at 5 p.m. Wednesday and will be closed Thursday. The library will reopen for regular hours on Friday, Nov. 23.
