The Historical County of Carroll County fixes its gaze on an important leader in American sculpture during this Wednesday's "Box Lunch Talks."
William Henry Rinehart -- of "Sleeping Children" and "Cupid Stringing His Bow" -- may have been known best as an artist in Rome, Italy, but the famed American sculptor has ties to a familiar corner of Carroll County too. He was born in Union Bridge, MD, in 1825.
