Local leaders and residents shared their thoughts about Judge Brewer:
Ron Brewer was easily one of the most generous and caring individuals with whom I’ve ever associated. He had a warm and wonderful smile and a genuine interest in everyone he met. Ron was dedicated to his family, his work and his community. He will truly be missed. -- Cindy Parr, Executive Director, Human Service Programs (HSP)
I would say that in addition to his community involvement--which was significant--he was also the consummate gentleman. He will be missed. -- Haven Shoemaker, Carroll County Commissioner
Judge Brewer was everything you'd want in a judge: patient, deliberative and smart. He was just a true gentleman, and his passing is a real loss for the Orphan's Court. -- Damian Halstad, Westminster Common Council President
