Vacancy: What do You Want Here?

This building at 140 Village Shopping Center has been vacant since early 2011.

Cactus Willies closed in January 2011 and the building in the 140 Village Shopping Center has been vacant since then.

Fedder Property Management company said that there are plans for the building, but no details are available yet.

So what business would you like to see in Westminster? What would you like to see in the building that was at one time a Horn and Horn buffet restaurant and then Cactus Willies?

Tell us in the comments below.

I think we have enough grocery stores in Westminster and while I like TJ's and Whole Foods, I'm not sure they have the right demographic here. I'd like another buffet restaurant.

Moe's Southwest Grill! Chiptole has grown on me, but Salsarita's is awful. Chili's. Hobby Lobby or Steinmart, neither of which would fit in that space.

Another buffet like Ryan's Old Country Buffet, Hoss's Steakhouse, etc. Why not bring back Sizzler to MD?

I think we need more healthy choices for grocery shopping...I would love Trader Joe's or Whole Foods...I know of people who go all the way to PA or Reisterstown to TJ, so I think the demographic its just fine, people want healthy choices but at affordable prices.
