More About Carroll County Public Library Westminster Branch
The Westminster Public Library was established and funded by membership dues in 1863. Today the library offers a child friendly reading area, computer stations with internet access, and a variety of classes and programs for all age groups.
Six full-service regional branch libraries currently serve County residents: Westminster, Eldersburg, Taneytown, North Carroll, Mount Airy and, the newest branch, Finksburg.
