The Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) of Carroll County is a non-profit peer support group for patients, family and friends of those who have these illnesses.
Announcing a change to DBSA of Carroll Co. meeting days:
Beginning January 9, 2012, DBSA of Carroll Co. will be holding its meetings EVERY Monday evening, 6:30 til 8 p.m., at the Westminster Senior Center, unless the Center is closed for holidays or inclement weather.
