DESCRIPTION:The Distinguished Young Women of Carroll County Scholarship P
 rogram is seeking current high school juniors (Class of 2014) to compete
  for significant college scholarships and the opportunity to advance to 
 the state finals.&nbsp\; The program will be held&nbsp\;at Francis Scott
  Key High School&nbsp\;on Sunday\, Feb 24 at 3:30pm.\nTo Pre-Register go
 &nbsp\;online at www.distinguishedyw.org.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;There will be a m
 andatory&nbsp\;orientation and rehearsal&nbsp\;on Feb 8 at the Carroll N
 on Profit Center\, 255 Clifton Blvd\, Westminster&nbsp\;from 6:30-8:30 p
 m.&nbsp\; All online registration and paperwork is&nbsp\;due by Feb 8 an
 d can be turned in at that meeting.&nbsp\;After pre-registering online&n
 bsp\;a local&nbsp\;director will call you to answer any questions and to
