We will celebrate the 150th anniversary of Claude Debussey's birth by performing his recently discovered  piano trio!  Also, the magnificent Piano Trio in B Major by Johannes Brahms and the Trio in C by Franz Joseph Haydn will be performed.

Chamber Music on the Hill, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing our community the best of professional chamber music, proudly presents "A Faculty Piano Trio": violinist Nicholas Currie, cellist Adam Gonzalez, and pianist David Kreider in concert.  Meet the musicians at a reception immediately following the concert.

General admission: $15; Seniors and Veterans: $10; Children and ALL students w/ID: FREE!  Music Teachers:  bring along at least one student and be admitted free.  Also, any child who "brings an adult along" will also receive a free admission for one adult. Canadian-born Nicholas Currie, Concertmaster of the Mid-Atlantic Symphony and Principal Second of Concert Artists of Baltimore performs widely as a soloist and chamber musician.  He also teaches at McDaniel College.

Cellist Adam Gonzalez performs with the National Philharmonic and the Trio Grosso.  His commercial recording work includes music for The History Channel and National Geographic.  He also teaches at Carroll Community College.

Dr. David Kreider is the founder and Artistic Director of Chamber Music on the Hill.  He has performed piano solos, duos and trios over the past twenty years.  His repertoire includes compositions from Mozart to 20th centure jazz and much in between.  He also teaches at McDaniel College.
