DESCRIPTION:The Hill Family Center Y invites children ages 5 to 12 to bre
 ak out their swimsuits\, pump up their bike tires and lace up their snea
 kers\, for the Y&rsquo\;s Kid&rsquo\;s Sprint Triathlon and Splash &amp\
 ; Dash on Saturday\, August 11 at 10 a.m.&nbsp\;\nChildren will have the
  opportunity to participate in either the Kid&rsquo\;s Sprint Triathlon\
 , which includes swimming\, biking and running or the Splash &amp\; Dash
 \, which only includes swimming and running.&nbsp\; Both events are brok
 en down into age appropriate distances for two age groups\, 5 to 8 year 
 olds and 8 to 12 year olds.\nParticipants must be able to pass a swim te
 st by swimming freestyle for 25 yards\, jumping into the deep end and tr
 eading water for one minute in order to register for the Triathlon or Sp
