The City of Westminster Recreation and Parks Department is celebrating National Kids to Parks Day, created by the National Park Trust! Enter our Small Fry Triathlon ($5 entry fee) at Westminster City Park, enjoy a FREE snowball, the Carroll County Library will have a book... sale at the Library Park, Recreation on the Move, SafeKids Carroll County, bike safety and helmet fit checks will be performed, D.A.R.E. and Paradise of Fun Children FitnessFun Center will be out and about at the park! Events are free to participate in (except Small Fry Triathlon $5 entry fee). For more information on this exciting event, call 410-848-9161.
