DESCRIPTION:This 2nd annual event will feature two great local bands and 
 a beer garden for the 21+ crowd. Guests are asked to bring donations of 
 gently used clothing to fund Goodwill&rsquo\;s job skills &amp\; develop
 ment programs\; personal hygiene items for Religious Coalition clients\;
  and canned foods &amp\; non-bleach cleaning products for residents at t
 he Hope Alive shelter. The event will be held in the Westview Promenade 
 Shopping Center in Frederick\, located off of Route 85.
