Legendary recording artist Ronnie Dove makes his first singing appearance in Carroll County since 2007 on Saturday November 10th from 7 - 11 PM at the Westminster Moose Lodge. WTTR Radio's Jack Edwards, Annie B. and Bob Mathers will also entertain with the best dance songs from the 50's through the 70's.
