September Song Presents "The Wizard of Oz" at Winters Mill High School, Aug 17, 18, 24, & 25 at 8pm and Aug 19, a matenee at 2:30pm with sign-language for the hearing inpaired. Join Dorathy as she meets the lovable Scarecrow, strong Tinman and the cowardly Lion on her way to the Wizard. Tickets are on sale at september-song.org and the Carroll county Art Center.

One of eight high schools in the Carroll County Public School system, Winters Mill is home to the Falcons. Winters Mill is an academy school. Academies increase relevance and rigor of the curriculum by focusing on career interests of students. The school was opened in 2002 and has a capacity of 1200 students.
