return it to us AND $15 entry fee by February 1!
2. If approved, you will be notified in writing.
3. Perform your talent for our judges February 23.

One of eight high schools in the Carroll County Public School system, Winters Mill is home to the Falcons. Winters Mill is an academy school. Academies increase relevance and rigor of the curriculum by focusing on career interests of students. The school was opened in 2002 and has a capacity of 1200 students.
