The CLV Float
The Carroll Lutheran Village float in the Westminster Miracle on Main Holiday Electric Parade was given the “Best Depiction of the Spirit of the Season” award by Mayor Kevin Utz at the Westminster City Council meeting on December 9. The float, which features giant lighted Christmas cookies, was designed and built by a committee of Village residents led by Richard and Shirley Daniels, who were present to receive the award.

Carroll Lutheran Village is a continuing care retirement community in Westminster with 398 homes and apartments, 50 assisted living suites and 103 skilled nursing beds.
