Congressman Chris Van Hollen spoke on veterans affairs and benefits at Carroll Lutheran Village on November 5 as part of the Village's Veterans Awareness Week activities. Here he greets Village resident Dottie Whitson. Both attended the Kodaikanal International School in India, Mrs. Whitson while her parents were missionaries and Congressman Van Hollen while his father was with the State Department Foreign Service Diplomatic Corps.
