Depression & Bipolar Support Group of Carroll County, MD

The Depression and Bipolar Support Group (DBSG) of Carroll County is a support and education group for people living with depression, bipolar disorder or other mental illnesses.

Our mission is to improve the lives of people living with mood disorders in Carroll County, Maryland and surrounding communities.

Our group offers a safe place where people can get together to openly share their concerns and talk about their feelings. We share and learn from each others' experiences, discuss coping skills and offer hope to one another.

Family and friends are also welcome, as are professionals and mental health students.  Please note that DBSGCC are NOT licensed professionals, although some professionals will attend from time to time.

We meet every Tuesday of each month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Westminster Senior Center, Westminster MD.

Please note that if Carroll County Government is closed due to a Tuesday holiday or if Carroll County Schools are closed due to inclement weather, there will be no meeting.
