Hi my name is Dottie and I sure would like to be your special friend. My adoption fee is $5.00, not sure how I feel about being a bargain pet. You can find me and see if it is true or not at the Humane Society of Carroll County Monday-Friday from 9am-3:30pm and Saturday from 9am until 11:30 am.
