The Leadership Carroll Class of 2014 braved the snow on December 10 to start Health and Wellness Day at Carroll Lutheran Village. After breakfast and a tour the class visited other health and wellness facilities in the county.
Leadership Carroll is a leadership program sponsored jointly by the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and Carroll Community College.
