Residents of Carroll Lutheran Village traveled to the Oglebay Resort in West Virginia December 2 through December 4. The group enjoyed some time outdoors enjoying the scenery.
Carroll Lutheran Village is a continuing care retirement community in Westminster with nearly 700 residents on its 90 acre campus.
