Village Faire to feature handmade crafts, baked goods, collectibles and more

From one-of-a-kind crafts to original art, collectibles, and homemade baked goods, you’ll find it on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 1 and 2, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Covenant Village of Colorado Village Faire, 9153 Yarrow St., Westminster.

Organized in a variety of specialty boutiques, the retirement community’s Village Faire will include exquisite crafts made by Covenant Village artisans, Christmas gems, original art in a variety of media, and homemade baked goods. Granny’s Attic of used treasures will include everything from collectibles to china, glass, silver, jewelry, furniture, and much more.

Shop the Village Faire and you’ll contribute to the local community: proceeds are divided among local charities and special projects at Covenant Village. In 2012, Covenant Village donated $8,700 to local charities including Have a Heart and Hope House of Colorado in Westminster; Arvada Food Bank in Arvada; Family Tree in Wheat Ridge; and Denver Rescue Mission and St. Francis Center in Denver.

Admission is free. For more information or directions, call 303-424-4828.
