Closings, Delays in Carroll County Monday
Carroll County government offices will open at 10 a.m.
A storm that exceeded forecasters expectations has Carroll County under as much as eight inches of snow in some places. Carroll County Public Schools are closed and the following organizations have delayed opening.
Carroll County government will open at 10 a.m.
Carroll County Senior Centers will open at noon.
Carroll County libraries will open at noon.
Carroll Area Transit Services (CATS) is closed.
McDaniel College will open at 10 a.m.
Carroll Community College will open at noon.
