Some books are dangerous - surely we can ban those dangerous books, and especially the high-capacity encyclopedias - no one but a criminal (or an authorized librarian) needs those. This sounds promising. I would only caution that the resume -- long-time state trooper, one-time commander of Westminster barracks, living with wife and kids in Carroll County -- sounds VERY familiar. We have been there and done that. The devil will be in the details. -- Ed
