Festivals, Fairs, Tournaments and More in Carroll County this Weekend

Looking for something exciting to do this weekend? Check out some of the fun things going on around town.

136th Annual Dutch Picnic Festival

Why to go:  It’s a great family day for the community to just relax and spend time together by perusing the “Dutch Market”, looking at all the goods and services available through the Silent Auction, quality gospel music entertainment by the Damascus Road Trio, good old German Music to celebrate our German heritage by the Little Dutch Band, and down home bluegrass music by a newer group known as Home Comfort Bluegrass Band.

And, of course, this event wouldn’t be complete without plenty of food – a sit-down fried chicken and ham dinner as well as chicken platters, sandwiches, fires, ice cream, funnel cakes and baked goods.
