Cabin Fever Art Show

  • Where:  Saturday, Feb. 16, 11 a.m.
  • When: Piney Run Park, 30 Martz Rd, Sykesville
  • Description:  Piney Run Park and Nature Center will be hosting the Cabin Fever Art Show. All works are inspired by nature - from wood carvings, sculptures, paintings photography and more.  Each exhibit is dedicated to reflecting nature, preserving nature or inspired by nature.

Small Steps to Health and Wealth

  • Where:  Freedom Fitness, 6400 Ridge Rd, Eldersburg
  • When:  Saturday, Feb. 16, 11 a.m.
  • Description:  The University of Maryland Extension, Freedom Fitness and Westminster Family Fitness Center have partnered to deliver Small Steps to Health and Wealth, a proven program developed by Rutgers University and taught nationwide. This program includes wellness planning, information and strategies on how to meet personal goals and professionally taught physical activities.
  • Cost: $99

 

  • Where:  St Joseph's Catholic Community, 915 Liberty Rd, Eldersburg
  • When:   Saturday, Feb. 16, 6 p.m.
  • Description:  Spaghetti dinner and dance with games and crafts.

Historic Whodunit for Hire: Murder Mystery Dinner

  • Where:  Baldwin's Station, 7618 Main St., Sykesville
  • When:  Friday, Feb. 15, 6:30 p.m.
  • Description:  3-course dinner including searching for clues, interrogating suspects and solving a mystery.
