Spring Indoor Flea Market

• Where:  Shipley Arena, 706 Agriculture Center Dr., Westminster
• When: Saturday, April 6, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Description: Vendors, food, yard sale items and more.
• Cost: Free

Country Breakfast Buffet

• Where:  Ascension Episcopal Church, 23 N Court St, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, April 6, 7 a.m.
• Description:  Country breakfast buffet offering egg and ham casserole, sausage gravy and biscuits, pancakes, cream chipped beef, home baked goods and more.
• Cost: Adults: $7 / Children under 7: $3

Rita's Closet -Fashion Show & Tea

• Where:  St. Johns Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, April 6, 2 p.m.
• Description:  The purpose of Rita's Closet is to honor the memory of Rita Medeiros by providing scholarships, as well as prom dresses for free and at a discounted price for Carroll County senior girls. Rita, who would have been a senior at Westminster High School, spent much of her short life giving others her time, her friendship, and ultimately her organ donor gift. Rita has two other siblings who are seniors, as she is one of triplets.  Donations of dresses, tea cups and money are appreciated.

Longaberger Basket & Thirty-One Bag Bingo

• Where:  7327 Slacks Rd, Sykesville
• When:  Friday, April 5, 7 p.m.
• Description:  Longaberger Baskets & Thirty-One bag bingo.  All bags are filled, door prizes.  Food provided by Old World deli.  This Bingo benefits Carroll County Charities and is sponsored by the Sykesville - South Carroll Rotary Foundation, Inc.

Table Tennis Tournament

• Where:   6400 Ridge Rd, Eldersburg
• When:  Saturday, April 6, 10 a.m.
• Description:  The Maryland Table Tennis Association (nonprofit) will hold The Maryland Circuit Table Tennis Tournament at our club in The Carrolltown Center, at the corner of Ridge Road and Route 26 in Eldersburg. The tournament starts at 10 a.m. Saturday. There are events for everyone from novice to advanced, juniors and seniors. Spectators are admitted free. • When:  Saturday, April 7, 1 p.m.
• Description:  The Westminster Lions Club presents its Third Annual Country-Gospel-Bluegrass Show, featuring Mark Templeton and Pocket Change, plus Dark Hollow Bluegrass Band.  Doors open at noon.  Refreshments will be for sale at the show. All proceeds go to benefit the Westminster community.

6th Annual PEEPShow

• Where:  Carroll County Arts Center
• When:  March 28 – April 7, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. every day
• Description:  6th Annual PEEP show displays hundreds of ‘marshmallow made masterpieces’ created by local artists.
• Cost:  Free

Drive for Your School

• Where: Carrolltown Center, 6400 Ridge Rd, Eldersburg
• When:  Saturday, April 6, 10 a.m.
• Description:  Visitors are invited to join the Liberty High School Drama Boosters at this fundraiser sponsored by the Ford Motor Company and Liberty Ford. For every test car driven per household, Ford will donate $20 to the organization.

Slim Jimmy Band Concert @ Carroll County Ag Center

• Where:  706 Agricultural Center Dr, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, April 6, 7 p.m.
• Description:  Ticket price includes: Crab dip - Meatballs - Wings -  Beef, Turkey and Chicken Salad - Vegetable & Cheese Trays - Tortilla Chips, Dip & Salsa - Soda, Sweet Tea & Lemonade.  New this year: B.Y.O.B., coolers with alcohol permitted.

Wine Festival

• Where:  St. Johns Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, April 6, 7 p.m.
• Description:  Westminster High School Parent Boosters Annual Wine Festival. Guests are invited to sample wines from around the world and place orders for their favorites. Light fare provided by Gary Hein of Old World Deli and Catering.  There will be a raffle and a 50/50 drawing.
