Lots of Sun, Some Rain: Carroll County Weekend Weather

Here's a look at the weekend forecast courtesy of the National Weather Service.

Of course this beautiful weather we’ve been having has to come to an end sometime. 

But not just yet.

According to the National Weather Service, Friday will be pretty close to perfect summer weather for many (not those of you who like the sweltering heat, though). "Sunshine will be abundant and winds will be light," according to the forecast discussion. Temperatures will reach the low-80s during the day, dropping to the low-60s at night.

There’s a small chance of rain Saturday, otherwise skies should be partly sunny and temperatures will again be in the low-80s. Saturday night, however, there’s a 40 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms. Temperatures will drop to the high-60s at night.

Sunday – rain. There’s a 70 percent chance that we’ll see showers and maybe thunderstorms in the afternoon. Temperatures will be in the low-80s. There’s a 40 percent chance of rain Sunday night, too, when temperatures drop to the mid-60s.

Sunny skies will return Monday, with highs in the high-70s.
