A Main Street Christmas

Shiloh Pottery Christmas Studio Show

• Where:  1027 Brodbeck Rd, Hampstead 
• When:  Saturday, Dec. 1, Sunday, Dec. 2, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Description:  Shiloh Pottery will hold an open house to show off their studio.  Pottery and crafts are on display and for sale.

Fundraiser for Westminster Rescue Mission

• Where: Larry Sheets Players Family Amusement Center, 519 Old Westminster Pike, Westminster
• When:  Friday, Nov. 30, 6 p.m.
• Description:  Larry Sheets’ Players Family Amusement Center is donating 25% of their proceeds from anyone who mentions Westminster Rescue Mission to benefit the mission.

Performance at Birdies Café: Racing Rain

• Where: Birdie's Cafe, 233 E Main St, Westminster
• When: Friday, Nov. 30, 7 p.m.
• Description:  Racing Rain will perform their Americana/Acoustic songs.

A Season to Remember

• Where:  Carroll Hospital Center, 200 Memorial Ave, Westminster
• When:  Friday, Nov. 30, 8 a.m.
• Description:  The Carroll Hospital Center Auxiliary and Carroll Hospice host a week-long event to celebrate the holiday season including tree lighting, performances and more.
• Cost:  Free

St. John 59th Annual Christmas Bazaar

• Where:   St. John Catholic School, 45 Monroe St, Westminster
• When:   Saturday, Dec. 1, 8:30 a.m.
• Description:  St. John’s 59th Annual Christmas Bazaar includes indoor flea market, books, crafts, linens, jewelry, pictures with Santa and more.  
• Cost: Free

15th Annual, Festival of Wreaths

• Where:  Carroll Arts Center, 91 West Main St., Westminster
• When:  Saturday, Nov. 24 – Saturday, Dec. 1, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Description:  Silent auction of hundreds of uniquely decorated themed wreaths. High bidders need not be present at auction close.
• Cost: Free

Big Band Merry Christmas concert

• Where:  Westminster High School, 1225 Washington Rd, Westminster
• When:  Saturday, Dec. 1, 7:30 p.m.  
• Description:  The Carroll County Jazz Ensemble will present its annual Big Band Merry Christmas concert.
• Cost: $12

• Where:  Baltimore Humane Society, 1601 Nicodemus Rd, Reisterstown
• When:  Sunday, Dec. 2, 1 p.m.
• Description:  The Baltimore Humane Society hosts a holiday lights celebration including photos with Santa and animal silhouette lighting ceremony.

Tea & Crumpets with Mrs. Claus

• Where:  Gypsy's Tearoom & Inspirations Gift Shop, 111 Stoner Ave, Westminster
• When: Sunday, Dec. 2, 2 p.m.
• Description:  Children of all ages are invited to chat with Mrs. Claus and take home a bag of goodies.  Reservations required.
