The 135th Annual Dutch Picnic Festival sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church takes place in Westminster. The festival features a dutch market, a silent auction and entertainment including performances by Damascus Road Trio, Trinity German Band, Trinity's "Raise Up Praise Band!" and Glade Valley Travelers. The menu will include a fried chicken and ham dinner featuring hot dogs, chili dogs, Coney Island dogs, chicken salad, ham, ham and cheese, fried chicken platters, french fries, ice cream, funnel cakes, Icy Pops, baked goods and more. Carroll County Commissioner Shoemaker will be in attendance.
