Carroll Community College will host, A Brush with Evolution: Paintings by S.L. Samuels, in the Babylon Great Hall.
Sharan Samuels felt the pull of art from an early age. Sidetracked by life’s necessities, she began painting seriously only three years ago, motivated by the untimely death of her sister. Her skill and stylistic nuances blossomed so rapidly that sales and offers to exhibit soon followed. She paints upbeat, cheerful scenes of everyday life along with more peaceful, serene ocean images. She is a former Carroll painting student.
Reception will be held on Sunday, February 5 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
