The Hampstead Volunteer Fire Company Carnival takes place featuring food, music, rides, raffles, games and more. Rides are $20 to ride all night and start nightly at 7 p.m. and include a kiddie land for children. Dinner platters are offered Monday through Friday starting at 6 p.m. and Saturday starting at 4 p.m. The parade is Saturday, August 20 at 5 p.m. and travels along Main Street, between Lower Becklysville Road and Fairmount Road. Free parking at North Carroll High School with shuttle busses run continuously Monday through Friday starting at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 3 p.m.
