Carroll County Education Association, Carroll Association of School Employees, WTTR Radio and the TownMall join together to sponsor a celebration of reading. There will be a free breakfast for the first 200 children courtesy of Timeout Sports Grill, Group reading for all ages, free Random House Books, Face Painting, costumed characters, door prizes and more.
