Santa Claus Visits Locust Lane

Santa Claus visits Locust Lane Park in Downtown Westminster across East Main Street from the Library. Visitors are invited to take their own photographs of their youngsters with Santa. On Dec. 17 the 5th Grade band and orchestra from Westminster Elementary School will perform at 12 p.m.
