The CCPS 3rd Annual Chocolate Ball

The Education Foundation for the Carroll County Public School System is hosting the 3rd Annual Chocolate Ball featuring live music, light fare, live and silent auctions, chocolate desserts and more. Proceeds will benefit the Carroll County  Public School System.
